We meet every Thursday at Timnath Beerwerks for an all levels 3-mile run.

Regardless of whether you're jogging, walking, running intermittently, sprinting, slogging, loafing, or soaring, you'll be treated the same. Just no bellyaching.

Timnath Beerwerks has extended a $2 discount on all 16 oz. and 14 oz. beers, excluding special releases. Please be gracious to the staff and tip well -- they are great!

There's no membership fee or formality, although I will record attendance for those who want the t-shirt. You'll probably get one after completing your first 5 runs, but I'm figuring out sponsorship and details.
